Does Increase In PVC Level Cause Shortness Of Breath And Fatigue?

I have always had pvc. The number has increased substantially to 19,000 pvc s in a 24 hour period. Could this cause my shortness of breath and fatigue? The shortness of breath happens with any and all normal, everyday situations. I am going to have an ablation. The extra beats are all in one area. Will this procedure eliminate the shortness of breath and fatigue.
