Does Increasing Blood Sugar Levels Indicate Diabetes?

My sugar was 48 yesterday after eating cookies....then about and hour later58, then by night 82. This morning 118 and after eating tonight 171. What is going on? I think I might be diabetic. When i was pregnant for both of my children 6 and 3 i had gestational. Does it sound like I have diabetes
