Does Intake Of Aminodarone Cause Any Change In The Heart Rate?

my mother has atrio Fibulation, she s on 100mg. of Amiodarone, she was taking 200mg. She s having a hard time breathing, and sometimes its hard to breath with little exertion, and doesn t sleep well. Her feet have swollen up with fluid, she s on teva furosemide, 60-80mg. Feet are still little swollen. My concern if the breathing, blood pressure goes up and down. My question, does the Amiodarone, speed up heart rate or slow it down? how do, or what do we do to get rid of water, and hopefully have her breath better?
