Does Intake Of Cymbalta Increases The INR?

Can Cymbalta increase INR in someone taking Coumadin? My husband s INR went from nearly perfect for the last 3 years to 4.1 today with a copious nose bleed. (We spent much of the day in the ER - and won t take Coumadin this evening.) Will talk with my husband s doctor tomorrow about the recent change to Cymbalta a few weeks ago. My husband is 73 and had a very significant stroke due to A-fib 5 yrs ago. He s doing quite well - able to walk short distances with a cane, left arm most affected, but able to participate in many things. i provide all his care (an LPN ancient days ago - now 65 yrs old also caring for lively toddler grandchildren a few days a week.)
