Does Intake Of Endura Mass Lead To Hormonal Imbalance?

I take endura mass 3 times a day. I m 18 and male. My height is 6 foot and I weigh about 57 kg. Before I did not know the effects of endura mass. I consume a full half kg tin in 15-16 days.Some doc in the net said it contains steroids and causes hormonal imbalance and destroys muscles and also causes lethargy. Is this true? Should I stop consuming it?
