Does Intake Of Hydrochlorothiazide Delay Periods?

Can Hydrochlorothiazide cause a late period? I am now 13 days late with a negative pregnancy test. I have been taking this medication for about 3 months and never had irregular periods before. My period has been late the last few months by about a week, but now it is 2 weeks late and experiencing cramping for 2 weeks, but no sign of my cycle at all. Could it be the medication?
