Does Intake Of Lexatin Help Induce Sleep?

My daughter was just described Lexatin 1.5 for helping her too sleep..she d just traveled abroad and hasn t slept in two days...will it help and only wants to take it until she can sleep again on her own ...she took one before bed...and how long will it allow her to sleep
