Does Intake Of Novasure Lead To Pain?

Hi i had Novasure May last year. In December i developed pain 8 from 10 pain. After ultrasound and seeing my doctor we have located a 5ml collation. He has told me it would resolve its self after 6 weeks. 6 weeks has passed and no change as yet. What is the next step to fix this and is this a dangerous problem.
