Does Intake Of Questran Cause Pins And Needles Sensation In Feet?

Hello, I am concerned about pins & needles in my feet when I step out of bed in the morning and blue looking toes occasionally during the day.I am 45 years old and had part of my bowel removed 26 years ago, since I have to have B12 injections 2 monthly and Questran powder once a day. I have just been tested for B12 deficiency and its fine. I am worried it could be a side effect of taking Questran long term or perhaps I may not be absorbing other vitamins?
