Does Intake Of Dettol Touched Food By An Infant Cause Serious Harm?

Hi, my daughter wiped her 6 month old baby's high chair including food tray with neat Dettol, she then placed her baby into the highchair and put a few slices of cucumber on the food tray ... the baby sucked on the cucumber, and it was only then that my daughter thought to check the cucumber which smelled on Dettol and had clearly absorbed some of the neat fluid. Is this likely to have caused any harm? Thank you
