Does Inter Racial Sex Cause Alopecia Areata?

hi im sorry for this question but i have alopecia areata and my parents said my alopecia areata is caused by me having sex with my boyfriend who is black and that because im half native american our indian blood does not mix with black blood. is this even possible??
