Does Irregular Periods, Enlarged Stomach With White Discharge Mean Pregnancy?

Hello Doc, I usually have 34 days Cycle, Sometimes will have irregular periods, My LMP was on 12th sept, HCG test done today(41days) came Negative, My Tummy is enlarged a little and have littile white discharge , AM I Pregnant? Plz help me , Thanks in Advance.
