Does Irregularity In Taking Contraceptive Pill Increase Chance Of Pregnancy?

Hi im worried that i may fall pregnant. The other night me and my partner had unprotected sex but i had been on the pill for exactly 7 days. But unfortunatly before this i havent been taking the pill regulary for about 2 months as ive been ill. Is there a chance that bacuse ive been all over the place i may flal pregnant or because i was on the pill for 7 days ill be okay ?
