Does It Require Antibiotics To Be Priscribed For My Toddler

Does it require antibiotics to be priscribed for my toddler who is 3 years old that is diagnosed with peribronchial cuffing that is noted in middle and lower zones. Rest of the lungs are clear. No mediastinal abnormality noted. The cardiac size is within normal limits.
