Does Joint Pain In Hips, Shoulder And Elbow Indicate Sign Of Arthritis?

I am a 43 yr old female. I've had joint pain for at least 10 yrs, in both of my hips, rt shoulder, rt elbow and now my right hand, specifically the knuckles of the pointer and middle fingers. The knuckles are swollen and I haven't any strength in them. could this be arthritis? I haven't been injured or an accident, however, I am a legal secretary and type often.
