Does Lack Of Ejaculation And Facial Hair Indicate Late Puberty?

I am a 18 year old boy.(will be 19 on coming august).My problem is that,while i masturbate i have orgasm but there is no ejaculation(dry orgasm).i dont have facial hairs too.Is this because of late puberty?Please give me the accurate answer?. i am a very sensitive boy and i am very nervous because of this.I cannot share this type of problems to my parents(because of embarrasement and shyness).Is it a serious problem which affect my future life?Please help me doctor?
