Does Lack Of Sleep Cause Soreness On Head?

Hi I have been in a new job but it involves 10 hours night shifts I have RA also but have had extremely sore head yesterday I went to treatment room bp was 154/100 I have to go back tomorrow and Friday to get two more readings but Iam due into work next 3 nights what should I do I cannot get into routine of sleep during the day at all as heads so sore .
