Does Laser Surgery Help In Treating HHD?

I have had HHD for almost 50 years and it has been the most painful experience I have encountered. I have seen more than one hundred dermatologists in the State of Mass. Now my son and daughter have it, ages 38 and 43. How successful is the treatment of this disease with laser surgery.
