Does Laser Treatment Help To Treat Acne Scars On Face?

I'm a 24 yr old girl and I have acne problem. One month before I consulted a dermatologist , and he prescribed me some medicines [ie.;(i)CLOBETASOL OINTMENT BP - TENOVATE,(ii)ADAPALENE MICROSPHERES + CLINDAMYCIN PHOSPHATE GEL - DERIVA-CMS
(iii)AZEE 250 TABLETS, (iv) BACASULES TABLETS AND (v) KERAGLOW TABLETS] Whether it is a right medicines for acne scars and pimples? I didn't feel any progress on these medicine. My Dr. said he can do Laser treatment to prevent my acne scars on the face . How much it will success? Please give me an answer....
