Does Left Atrial Hypertrophy Cause PVCs?

last year I had an ablation for atrial fib. I suffer from a lot of PVC s now. a previous test showed left atrial hypertrophy which the dr said was probably because of my weight. what are the chances my pvc s are caused by the left atrial hypertrophy and is there a chance I could have a heart attack in the future
