Does Ligament Thickening And Heavy Bleeding On My Uterine MRI Mean I Might Have Cancer?

Hi. I did a mi r on my uterus.the test day my endometrial is unremarkable and their is a thicken of the ligament bilaterally.my right ovary measures 1.8*2.4*2.5cm my left ovary 1.4*2.1*2cm i have heavy heavy bleeding and pain i was told I have to do a hysterectomy.please tell me is this cancerous
