Does Light Vaginal Spotting After Having Sex Indicate Pregnancy?

i have my periods every 2months and my last one was in july so september i should have had one at the end but i didnt i started spotting october the 3rd and i spotted until the 6th and then it stopped then i had sex the 9th then i was bleeding lightly on the 10 and it just stopped the 19th please help me am i preganate
