Does Light Vaginal Spotting Indicate Implantation Bleeding?

hi! i am 25 years old i have been married for 3 years and i've been trying to conceive ever since. My period is very regular but this time i comes 4 days early and it only comes out when i use the bathroom, there's hardly any blood on my pad and i has been 3 days since i came. Can that be implantation bleeding?
