Does Long Term Usage Of Clopidrogrel Cause Lower Back And Joint Pains?

I have 5 stents. have been on clopidrogrel for 14yrs. Just had 2 teeth extracted. In awful p[ain. My gums didnt bleed? gums so painfull what can I do - 2 days ago. I also take Nebivilol 7.25 and 8mg diazepam daily. Help advise please. Could Clopidrogrel also have given bad back and joint pain, cramps never been diagnosed with anything and constant cough (i dont smoke never have). Thank you.
