Does Loss Of Disk Height Between T11- T12 With Anterior Wedging Mean Nerve Impingement?

Ct Scan fidings.. I have loss of disk height between T11-T12 with anterior weging to the point where my physician says it is bone on bone. A bone spur is present. Pain is constantly radiating down the middle of my back. I change position constantly. pain meds are not working. I am also experiencing difficulty brathing from time to time and pain that radiates into my R hip. Does this signify nerve inpingement?
