Does Lower Back Pain And Delayed Period While On Primolut Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Dear doctor, my last period was on 3rd of april. My gynaec started me on Primolut n one tablet thrice a day for 5 days from 6th of june to 10th june. On 13th june i had some spotting in the evening and now no sign of the period. Is it possible am pregnant. I am getting lower back pain but no period after having coffee, papaya and dates. Please help me as am confused
