Does Lower Right Abdominal Pain Indicate Sign Of Appendicitis?

My daughter is 28 years old and for the last few days has been having some pain in her lower right abdomen. No fever, has been feeling queasy. It comes and goes, but it was so painful last night it woke her up...possible appendix?
