Does Lyme Disease Cause Constipation And Low Appetite In Children?

My 10 year old son has intestinal issues, bad breath acid reflux, constipation, poor apetite. He was treated wis prilosec, which help while he was tfollowing treatment. 2 years ago he had a tick bit with bull s eye mark but was not treated for lyme. Could he have lyme disease causing GI symptoms?
