Does Lyme Disease Cause Stinging Pain In The Upper Arm?

Hi,
I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuropathic Lyme Disease in July of 2014 and spent four days in the hospital. I have been on doxy since then and have an appointment with an infectious disease doctor this month because of a continuing bee stinging sensation on my upper left arm. Could this be a result of the type of Lyme Disease I was diagnosed with?

Thank You.
