Does Marijuana Show Up On Blood Test?

I am getting a full chemistry blood panel done soon because of new prescriptions I have to take due to a work injury. I smoke marijuana for pain regulation on a daily basis. Will THC show up in the blood panel? I know they won t be looking for it, but I want to make sure it won t.
