Does Marks On Inner Thigh Indicate Sign On Herpes?

I am worried I may have herpes? About 8 days ago there were two small marks on my inner thigh. When I woke up they were gone. They did not hurt at all. So today I noticed the same type of mark around the same place. still no pain and just one small mark...it has basically disappeared throughout the day. Could this be herpes?
