Does Marrying A Same Blood Group Person Cause Any Future Complications?

Dear Sir
My blood group is B+ and i married to a girl whose blood group is also B+ (Same blood group).Will it cause any problem for child birth ? Will it cause any mental or physical problem with child in future.Please tell me its negative and positive effect if any.
