Hello Doctor, iam working person and my age is 27 year iam mastrubuting every day since 19 year age now iam afaird and feeling very lazziness in my body and my hands and legs become very silm now what i can do ? And after few days later i going to marry,is there any side effect while intimate with my partner and yes mastrubuting become my habit without this i cant controll my self and there is other tension in my mind that does mastrubuting become cause of my DAMAGE TO REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM
