Does Masturbation Aggravate Acne?

i have acne,but somehow i manage to control by not taking fried foods,avoiding choclates,nothing outside from my house.i also kachnaar guggulu that i found beneficial for me.but when i do masturbate,,my acne starts,appearing,,they are somewhat hard,and with no head... pls tell, i am suffering from 5 years . my age is 20...
