Does Medical Abortion Cause Complications In Future Pregnancies?

sir good morning.as I need your help urgent.as due to unprotective sex with my wife ,in the next month period stops. So unknowingly she had taken the medicine MISOPROSTOL & after taking it next day bleeding starts & today is the 7th day but till now bleeding continues.Now she is realizing & want to become pregnant as it is our 1st issue.Is there any problem arises & is she can become safely pergant or not please help me and save my family.
