Does Medical Abortion Lead To Infertility?

hai doctor,
I have undergone medical abortion 1 week back...and now I am normal.If I do pregnancy test after a month and if it is negative then can I confirm that my abortion is complete and there will not be any side effects like infertility in future if my menstrual cycle occurs normally?
