Does Medication After Angioplasty Cause Rashes?

my father has gone through engoplasty for the second time three stunts have been put , two and a half months ago, now he is following some medicines, metolarxr -50 , ceruvin a -150 , rosedayf, vitamin-c 500, but he is having allergy and rashes on the body he is continuesly keep on scratching , is it due to the medicine or due to stunting.
