Does Medication For Acute Bronchitis Cause Nervousness And Facial Hot Flashes?

I have just recently been diagnosed with acute bronchitis. They give me a steroid injection plus a medrol dose pack and levaquin. I am feeling nervous , cannot think clearly and my face is hot and burning. This is my first day of taking all this. Should I be feeling this way?
