Does Medication For Irregular Menstruation Cause Vomiting?

Hi, I have pcod for the past two years.my age is 30 and i have a eight year old girl.my periods are irregular and stays for 15 days.last month i got my periods on feb 2-feb 15. I consulted a gyn and she gave me regesterone for 21 days and iron supplement. I am taking it from feb 15th. Also. I had severe cold last week. Yesterday night i had vomitting.please let me know what would be the reason for vomitting.
