Does Medication Taken For Irregular Periods Cause Any Problems In Becoming Pregnant?

hi...we r just married.2 month before and my wife's period coming one month late means period coming after two month.she consult doctor for this problem doctor given some tablet for this. after taking medicine period was coming now we want to tray for baby.... i want to ask u simple if we tray baby after this problem is good or not baby is birth normel or abnormal beacouse she tack medication for come period.
