Does Methadone Come Stronger Than 10mg.and What Break Through Med.would

Does methadone come stronger than 10mg.and what break through med.would be good with it,I am on morphine 30 and morphine 15 I have been noticing drowsiness,and I had forgotten when in hospital ,them given me morphine made me drowsy.It does help with my chronic back pain after three surgeries,and I want to talk to my pain dr.about changing me but I need something strong.i have taken methadone several years back and I know it didn't have effects on my kidneys,can u help me with my questions,thank uhttps://m.facebook.com/sharer-dialog.php?fs=8&sid=0000&refid=52
