Does Microlite Cause Acne To Get Worse It Has With

Does microlite cause acne to get worse it has with my daughter but the past few days it appears to be getting better.Should I change her pill???She has been using Zineryt aswell but should i get the Doctor to put her on something stronger then Zineryt????She only had acne on her forehead but after both of these she has gotten them on her chin aswell
