Does Mild Joint Pains In Leg 6 Months After Rape Be Due To HIV?

i was raped and toke pep.i tested negative after 6 weeks and tested negative again after 5 months and 2 weeks but it was and hiv test i bought at a pharmacy and now its been 6 months and in expieriencing mild joint pains in my left leg,could it mean that im hiv positive?
