Does Missed Period And Stomach/nipples Pain Indicate Pregnancy?

Well im 15 years old,im 5 1/2 tall and i weight 129...my case is that i have 10 days i haven't get my period,my stomach hurts same as my nipples but they don't get darker they're the same and well i want to know if i can be pregnant...cause i have none of the symptoms of pregnancy just that and well my stomach hurts like 4 times a day .....and does that mean i could b pregnant?
