Does Missed Period, Back Pain And Dizziness Indicate Pregnancy?

im just wondering if my wife might be pregnant she's has not had her period for 45 days going on 46 her symptoms are she doesnt eat as much as she used 2 she doesnt get hungry that much she feelz dizzy she gets grossed out of food alot she has been puking alot lately she's experiences back pains from time to time this has happened before where she missed her peiod for 2 weeks and had a few symptoms but not this many symptoms i just want to make sure she might be pregnant at a great chance before i get her tested
