Does Missed Periods After Having Unprotected Sex Indicate Pregnancy?

i had unprotected sex about 2 months ago. the dude nutted in me. a couple days after that when i was suppose to get my period i spotted very lightly for about 3 days. now its been about almost 3 months later and now im suppose to get my period and i haven't could i be pregnant?
