Does Mole Removal Procedure Leave Scars?

I am ashish. I have moles on my face. Moles are at skin level (like black spots) only that are not protruding from skin. They are expanding every year.



For now there are 3 or 4 that I need to get removed. Could you please tell me the following things:--



1)     Will it leave a scar.

2)     It scar goes away with time, how much time it takes.

3)     What are the charges for removing one mole.
