Does Multiple Follicles In Ovary Cause Infertility?

Hi
I already have one child who is nearly 3 years old. I had an ultrasound recently as I have been having trouble conceiving again. The results have shown multiple follicles on my right ovary. Will this stop me becoming pregnant? Can I become pregnant from my left ovary?
