Does My MRI Showing Demyelinating Plaques In The Spine And Brain Indicate Multiple Sclerosis?

I have a severe back pain and and an epudarl was given to me. I also have frequent headaches and a pain in my left leg. MRI report gives following impression.

Multiple short segments of hyperintensities in cervical and upper dorsal spinal cord compatible with demyelinating plaque of multiple sclerosis

Limited sections done in T2W sequences show similar demyelination in corpus callosum and pericallosal white matter

Please advice.
