Does My Chest X-ray Showing Minimal PTB Considered, Left Upper Lobe, Undetermined Activity Mean I M Not Fit To Work?

Hi i admit i have before ptb and im medicate yr 2010 and last 2022 i have to xray for work and the result are left upper lung minimal fibrotic scarring that was last yr now i have to take xray again for my work and the result now is finding is reticular infiltrates is seen in the left upper lobe And impression is Minimal ptb considered,left upper lobe,underterminen activity I was just so worried bcoz of the result i just want to now if i have ganna get fit to work are the result are same as well thank you.
